The body transformation Challenge has been designed to achieve maximum results in just eight weeks.
The 8-week BOX MOVE BURN challenge programme begins with nutrition coaching and fitness evaluation. Classes use a changing combination of shadow boxing, light sparring (non-contact), cardio, flexibility and strength training with equipment such as rings, workout ropes, kettlebells, treadmill, medicine balls and many more pieces of equipment to boost metabolism and tone muscles.
Students maintain their momentum thanks to workouts that help them lose fat and tone muscles. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, and each programme also includes before and after pictures.
The TOWER FITNESS | FAKENHAM team covers a range of disciplines from group training and 1 - 1 personal training to strength and nutritional support. Each of our trainers are level 3 or higher qualified meaning you are in expert hands.
